We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does
not compromise credit card information. This online system is
100% secure.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your
bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for
than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the
event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must
notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance
with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to
conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send
us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks.
Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your
funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of
your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check,
just print the order form with your shopping cart contents
from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary
fields, then mail the form to the address located in our
Contact Us area.
Return / Refund Policy
Every template we sell is complete with all graphics including
buttons, backgrounds, icons, bullets, and banners as shown in
the preview picture mode in the shopping cart area. The zipped
file also includes blank buttons and banners for easy
customization by the customer. Due to the nature of 'Digital'
commerce whereas the product is non-returnable since it is
easily copied, refunds are not provided. Template Depot
provides support for customer inquiries prior to as well as
after the purchase to insure that the customer is fully
informed about their selection before they complete their
transaction.
Template
Depot can not guarantee that all templates will be compatible
with their HTML editor. Although the templates have been
created to work with the vast majority of available HTML
editing programs, we can not be held responsible for the
templates inability to work properly in any obscure or
outdated HTML editor.

Customer Identification
NO order is
sent without first confirming the buyer's identity. The person
purchasing the bonus pack (or any template order) MUST be able
to be confirmed as the actual cardholder. This is done by
cross referencing information, verifying addresses and phone
numbers, and contacting the customer BY PHONE at their work or
home number. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. Fraudulent
transactions are treated EXTREMELY HARSH. We capture IP
addresses, email addresses, and other information that can
identify you. Your order WILL NOT BE SHIPPED until this is
done satisfactorily.
Template Depot Memberships/bonus packs
No refunds
are given on Template Depot Memberships/bonus packs. The reason is simple.
Members/bonus pack buyers are provided access to a variety of services, clipart,
and other web components. Allowing access to the protected
area and bonus pack downloads provides users with the ability to utilize the services
and download all the art work. Offering a refund after the
fact would be bad business.
Our list of
bonus pack contents is clearly defined on the membership information
page. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if
they have the proper software (Flash, Swish, SwishMax,
Photoshop, etc.) to edit them individually.
In the event that you do not have the proper software you can
request for us to provide customizations to any of the
template items for normal customization fees.
Third Party Templates
Template Depot provides third party templates. These templates
are created and provided by outside developers. Although we
require specific guidelines about the creation of templates
shown here we can not answer for the third party designers in
the event that items may be missing.
Product Delivery Methods
The standard method of delivering your template(s) is via
email. All templates (including the Flash/Swish intros) are
sent in a Zip format as an attachment to the email
address listed on your order form. The Zip file contains all
the necessary elements of the template to allow easy editing.
Email Client Requirements
The
customer's email program must allow for attachments. In the
event that their email does not accept attachments then an
alternate method of delivery will be used and a special
download page will be created for delivery. It is the
customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address to
enable us to deliver the product(s) ordered. If the email
delivery fails due to an invalid email address submitted then
Template Depot will attempt to contact the customer using the
phone number listed in their order form. If the attempt to
reach the customer by phone fails due to an invalid phone
number or no response from messages left then it will be the
customer's responsibility from that point forward to contact
us regarding their order.
Downloading
In the
event that the email method fails, a download page will be
provided whereas the customer can visit via their browser and
download the products purchased. The URL of the download page
will be sent to the customer after it is determined that their
email program can not support attachments.
